1. What products do you sell at Marathon Gift?
At Marathon Gift, we offer a wide range of products designed for marathoners and athletes, including:

2. Can I customize a gift?
Yes, we offer customization options for many of our products! You can personalize your gifts with names, race dates, quotes, or other custom messages. Just look for the customization option on the product page, or contact us directly if you have special requests.

3. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information. You can use this to track your package and know when it’s arriving. If you need further assistance, please reach out to us at info@marathongift.com.

4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to process and ship all orders within 2–3 business days. Domestic orders typically take 5-7 business days to arrive. International orders may take longer, depending on customs processing times. For more precise delivery estimates, refer to the shipping options at checkout.

5. What do I do if my item is damaged or lost in transit?
We take great care in packaging your items, but in the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at marcel.tol04@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.

6. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping! Shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on your location. Please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
We begin processing orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us at info@marathongift.com as soon as possible. While we may not be able to make changes once the order is in process, we’ll do our best to assist you.

9. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping services. However, we provide beautiful packaging that makes your gift look special as soon as it's unwrapped!

10. What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns and exchanges are accepted for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. Custom items are non-refundable.
